| Neighborhood Description: | Part of the old Greenbush Neighborhood, Brittingham Apartments is one of the several housing complexes in the Triangle. High Rise building sitting on the Triangle between West Washington Avenue, S Park Street & Regent Street. Beautiful views of Lake Monona and Madison's cityscape. Adjacent to the UW Madison, walking and bicycle paths, shopping and restaurants. Offers federally subsidized apartments to low-income elderly and/or disabled individuals. A food pantry operates out of the multilevel building. |
