Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Woodland Hills is a condominium community located on the west side of Madison. The condo units were built between 1980s and 1990s. Our community is nestled in a wooded surrounding with a larger public park, Woodland Hills Park, directly to the north. We are conveniently located to major shopping areas with easy access to Old Sauk Road and to Highway 12/18.
Neighborhood Boundaries: Pebble Beach Drive on the north, Shea Court to the east, Harvest Hill Road to the south, and Pebble Beach Drive to the west
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level.
