| Neighborhood Description: | Berkley Oaks Neighborhood is located on the Madison's North side. It is the home of modest ranch homes and apartments. Residents enjoy the closeness to shopping at Northside Town Center, the recreational activities at Northport Community Center and Warner Park Community Recreation Center, and the short walking distance to the elementary and middle schools. |
