Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Saukborough Homeowners Association is located on the far west side of Madison. This small enclave of single-family homes were built in the late 1980s. Two-story colonial homes with attached garages is the typical housing style of the area. A 1.6 acre private park is situated off of Sauk Ridge Trail for residents use. The neighborhood is nestled off of Old Sauk Road. Easy access to Old Sauk Road provides convenient connection to University Avenue and the West Beltline Highway.
Neighborhood Boundaries: Harvest Hill Road on the north, Sauk Ridge Trail to the east, Old Sauk Road to the south, and St. Andrews Circle to the west
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
