Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: The Brentwood Village Association is an organization through which neighbors can deal with issues in the community and can participate in recreational and social life of the neighborhood. Founded in 1959, the neighborhood association is dedicated to improving the quality of life by promoting a sense of community. Single-family homes on wooded lots is typically for this neighborhood. A small alcove of multifamily dwellings are located directly south of Warner Park, right off of Trailsway. Both single-family and multi-family dwellings offer the an array of housing choices for the young and old. Warner Park, a large community park, provides passive and active recreational options. A stroll through the quiet fields and woods, bird watching in the marshland, and tennis and soccer games are a few of the activities that are offered. Mallards Baseball Stadium is situated in Warner Park: a great outing for fiends and family during the summer months.

Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
